Hello, I'm Skylar

I am from Georgetown, Kentucky and I am 25 years old. I earned my degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville in 2022 where I was also an All Girl Cheerleader from 2018-2022. I won the national championship twice with the All girl cheerleading team.

 

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2023 with CSS. Throughout my years here as a trainer I have learned so much about myself as an individual and have been able to connect with some incredible people along the way. One of my favorite things about personal training is getting the chance to build connections and friendships, hearing their life stories, while also helping them to become the best version of themselves.
