#Solid 60 (Small Group Training)

Designed to be able to train 6 days a week, our #Solid 60 workouts will start at 5a and go until 6:30pm offering classes throughout the day.  Best part, the same workout done by the 5am group will be the workout done by the 5:30pm group.

Choose your trainer and choose your time, and get ready for the best workouts of your life.

This week MWF are our Strength days and Tues, Thurs and Sat are to make you SWEAT!


Receive Personal Training Accountability while working within a small community

A perk of our #Solid 60 small groups are that you still get the accountability and attention like you would receive in a private training session, but at half the cost and while working with a small, close community.
