Power Hour was designed for adolescence ages 6-14 that already play sports or love to workout, but are looking to unleash the inner beast! Led by our Repetition Technicians, Brian Leggett and Dakeya Burnam, participants will complete the perfect series of workouts to increase strength, stamina, speed and power!
